Company Driver Qualifications:
- Meet All Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications (Pre-employment Drug Screen, PSP, MVR)
- Minimum 2 Years Tuck Driving Experience
- Must Be at Least 23 Years Old
- No Serious or Disqualifying Traffic Violations within the Last 3 Years
- No More Than 2 Moving Violations in the Previous 12 Months
- No More Than 4 Moving Violations in the Previous 36 Months
- Have a Valid Commercial Driver License with Proper Endorsements
Company Driver Compensation and Benefit Package:
- Load pay begins at 26% of the Line Haul, up to a maximum of 30% of Line Haul depending upon experience and performance.
- Extra Stops after the first are $25 each.
- Flat / Step deck Tarp Pay $50 for 4ft, $100 for 8ft. Less than 50% tarped loads.
- Detention $25/ hour or more, after 2 hours but may vary depending upon the customer and job.
IRA with a match up to 2% and Insurance Plan available.
Paid Vacation:
- 1- 3 years of employment = 7 days paid vacation.
- 3- 5 years of employment = 14 days paid vacation.
- 5 or more years of employment = 21 days paid vacation.
- Vacation pay based on the previous 52 weeks from the starting date of vacation period.
